DPAA and LABANOF are organizing an international summit to explore the issue of identification and to safeguard human dignity and memory
The DPAA–LABANOF International Summit (17–20 September 2025) brings together experts and institutions from around the world in Milan to discuss research, recovery and identification of missing persons in conflicts. The initiative, promoted by the US Department of Defence's Defence POW/MIA Accounting Agency and LABANOF at the University of Milan, focuses on science, memory and human rights.
